Shipping details
All Vitra models weigh approximately 536 pounds and
are securely-packaged in three boxes. The box sizes and weights given below
are for Vitra Original. Vitra VG and FG models are the same overall weight,
but box sizes are slightly different.

Installation details
The Vitra sauna is designed for easy assembly.
Two people can unpack and assemble the sauna in
half an hour. The Vitra Sauna comes pre-built, and
knocked-down in ten panels, shown below.
- Three wall panels
- Two curved glass panels
- One door panel
- One ceiling panel
- One floor panel
- One bench panel
- One bakcrest panel
- Locate boxes A, B, and C and check that all contents are inside
- Find a location that is suitable for the Vitra (remember that the ceiling panels need to be accessible for wiring)
- Open and unpack each box, and place the panels around the final resting place of the sauna
- To begin assembly locate one piece of rounded glass and the door panel
- With the help of a friend, hold both pieces vertical, side by side
- While holding up glass piece slide notch onto bottom of door and then onto the top notch. The panel should easily slide down
- Locate second piece of glass and repeat step 7 on the other side of door
- Locate left side panel with digital controls
- Similar to step 7, slide panel onto the curved glass pieces
- Place duct board on ground against front of sauna
- Slide bench into place inside sauna. The bench must be installed before the back panel
- Install back panel and secure panel with provided bolts
- Fasten back rest to the inside back wall of the sauna, above the bench
- Lift the roof panel onto top of sauna and allow it to fall into the correct place
- Connect the male/female wiring pairs from the wall panels to the ceiling panel, and connect the wire for the color therapy light
- Secure the ceiling panel onto the roof with the provided screws
- Plug the Vitra Sauna into a standard wall outlet and enjoy!
